Welcome to CarTune Racing, North Devon based Clio Cup 2008 Racer Jonathan Ridley-Holloway's website.
CarTune Racing was set up in 2005 to manage Jonathan's racing career. Now, after 3 years competing successfully in the Britcar Endurance Championship, a move to the Clio Cup for 2008 has been chosen and in doing so we face, without doubt, our biggest challenge to date.
With great success in his last three seasons, including two outstanding class wins and overall 7th and 8th places in the Britcar 24hr race during 2006 and 2007 respectively. It was decided that for 2008 Jonathan should move into the highly competitive single make championships.
During 2007, Jonathan conducted an extensive testing regime using the new 2007 Renault Clio Cup Car, in readiness to compete to a high standard in the Elf Renault Clio Cup 2008. It was also decided during 2007 that, in order to maximise Jonathan's potential, a move to an established team was in order. One particular team stood out for both their levels of professionalism and results history, so in January terms were agreed with the multiple Clio Cup Champions, Total Control Racing after contesting the Clio Winter Series with the team.
Jonathan’s 2008 season begins on the 29th and 30th of March at Brands Hatch, and he is eagerly awaiting everything getting underway.
On this site, you will be able to find up to date news and pictures from the season as it progresses.
Many thanks for visiting.

But with every year competeing in endurance racing, along with several race wins and podiums, including two 24hr race finishes, mileage and experience is no problem.
Now, moving to sprint racing, Jonathan is relishing the challenges and experiences he now faces.
